Summary

• In-house and external experts offer insights into their latest research findings: training inputs and the state of the art
• Working in small groups, participants reflect on what they have learnt and how it can inform their own work: exchange and interaction
• Participants are inspired to expand their personal horizons and transfer what they have learnt into their daily practice: motivation and continuing development. 

1. Workshops that offer participants a structured framework for continuing personal and professional development.
2. A programme devised to meet both the individual needs of attendees and the strategic objectives of the companies they work for.
3. Participant-oriented courses that address a range of current and future-oriented topics and provide knowledge and skills that can be put to use immediately.
4. The workshops are recognized by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects as a further training event. Each participant receives a certificate at the end of the workshop.

• The workshops are distributed over a total of 8 dates per year.
• Four workshops take place in the 1st half of the year – four workshops in the 2nd half of the year.
• They are scheduled at one-month intervals and take place on Thursdays and Fridays.
• The workshops last two days.

Baumschlager Eberle Architekten Group staff wishing to attend a workshop should make a training request directly to their manager.

Once your request has been approved and the registration fee paid, your manager will make the booking. If a place is available for the workshop of your choice, you will receive confirmation from the BE Akademie via your manager.
